Kadyan PayGate provides digital infrastructure services including but not limited to:
• Payment gateway integrations
• KYC/KYB compliance tools
• Merchant onboarding & management
• Digital payment processing
• Technology support for financial operations
3. User Responsibilities
Users are expected to:
• Provide accurate and valid information during registration
• Keep login credentials confidential
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
4. KYC/KYB Compliance
Users agree to complete KYC/KYB verification as per RBI norms. Failure to comply may lead to account suspension or termination. Submission of false documentation will result in legal actions.
5. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Updates will be posted on our Platform. Continued use after revisions implies acceptance.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, trademarks, logos, and software are the property of Kadyan PayGate India OPC Pvt. Ltd. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or modifying any proprietary content without prior consent.
7. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violating these Terms, engaging in fraudulent activities, or for operational reasons at our discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is capped at the total fees paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
9. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
