Every bill, every branch, one screen.
We hold an NPCI Agent Institution licence for Bharat Connect. That means we fetch the actual outstanding amount from more than 22,000 billers, pay it after your approval, and hand you a regulated receipt — instead of your accounts team logging into a different portal for every discom.
Bharat Connect is operated by NPCI Bharat BillPay. Try the buttons — this is a sample of what your finance team sees.
A regulated network, not a bank transfer and a prayer.
Bharat Connect is India's central bill payment infrastructure, operated by NPCI Bharat BillPay under the Reserve Bank of India. Paying on it is different from paying by NEFT in three ways that matter to a finance team.
The bill is fetched, not typed
We pull the live outstanding amount and due date from the biller's own system. No mis-keyed consumer numbers, no overpayments, no guessing at late fees.
The receipt is the network's
Every payment returns an instant confirmation with a Bharat Connect reference. It is the biller's acknowledgement, not just your bank's debit.
Disputes have a process
If a payment is debited but not credited, the complaint is logged on the network with a defined resolution path — not an email to a discom's helpdesk.
What is in the box.
Electricity from every major state board
All state distribution companies on Bharat Connect, plus private discoms, with consumer-number validation at the time you add them.
Water, piped gas and LPG
Municipal water boards, city gas distributors, and LPG refill bookings for the providers on the network.
Telecom, broadband and DTH
Postpaid mobile, landline, leased lines and broadband across operators, and DTH recharges for every branch's reception area.
FASTag, toll and transit
FASTag recharges for the fleet, with vehicle-level tagging so recharge spend books to the right cost centre.
Insurance premiums and loan EMIs
Corporate policies and vehicle or equipment loans where the insurer or lender is a Bharat Connect biller.
Municipal tax, housing society, education
Property tax, society maintenance for office premises, and school or institutional fees where you pay them on behalf of staff.
Load every branch once
Import a spreadsheet of consumer numbers with branch, cost centre and owner. We validate each against the biller and flag the ones that do not resolve.
One page of what is due
Every bill across every branch, fetched automatically before its due date, sorted by urgency, with the amount the biller says is owed.
Maker-checker approvals
One person prepares the batch, another approves it. Approval limits per person, and a full log of who approved what and when.
Scheduled auto-pay with guardrails
For billers you trust, pay automatically — but only within a ceiling you set. Anything above it waits for a human.
Batch payment of hundreds of bills
Approve once, pay all. Each bill still gets its own network reference and receipt, so nothing is aggregated away.
Due-date and anomaly alerts
Warnings when a bill is due, when it is unusually high against its history, or when a fetch fails because a consumer number has changed.
Receipts filed automatically
Every Bharat Connect receipt is stored against the branch, the cost centre and the period, and is downloadable individually or as a monthly bundle.
Exports for Tally, SAP, Oracle, Zoho
Bill lines with GST detail where the biller supplies it, in the formats your ledger accepts, or over the API.
Spend analytics by site and category
Electricity cost per plant, per month, against last year. The kind of view that used to take a week to assemble.
Points that pay bills
Let employees or customers redeem reward points against their own electricity, mobile or gas bill, settled on Bharat Connect. See our rewards product.
Employee bill benefits
Cover a staff member's broadband or mobile bill as a benefit, paid directly to the biller, with no reimbursement claim.
Complaints logged on the network
As an Agent Institution we raise transaction and service complaints directly in the Bharat Connect complaint system and track them to closure for you.
From a spreadsheet of consumer numbers to a paid month.
Register the billers
Give us the consumer numbers for every branch, with the cost centre each belongs to. We validate each one against the biller on the network.
Fetch, automatically
Ahead of each due date, the live bill is pulled from the biller and appears on the due-bills page with the amount the biller says is owed.
Approve
The controller reviews the batch — or lets trusted billers auto-pay within a ceiling — and approves. A second approver signs off above the limit you set.
Pay and file
Bills settle on Bharat Connect, each with its own reference and receipt, filed against the branch and period. The export goes to your ledger.
Anywhere there is more than one meter.
Retail chains
Forty stores, forty electricity bills, forty broadband bills, one due-bills page and one approval.
Manufacturing
Plant-level electricity and gas, often the largest recurring cost, fetched and paid with a receipt that ties to the plant's cost centre.
Hospitality and facilities
Property-level utilities across dozens of sites, plus society maintenance and municipal tax on owned premises.
Logistics fleets
FASTag recharges by vehicle, booked to the right route or client, alongside driver fuel cards on the same platform.
NBFCs and lenders
Customer EMI collections and disbursement-linked bill payments on the same network your customers already use.
Corporate benefits
Staff mobile and broadband bills paid as a benefit, directly to the biller, with nothing routed through reimbursement.
