Licensing notice Kadyan Paygate India (OPC) Private Limited holds an NPCI Agent Institution licence for Bharat Connect (BBPS). This is the only licence we hold. We are not licensed or regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. Prepaid cards are issued by our RBI-licensed partner banks and issuers, and customer funds are held by those partners, not by us. Rewards, loyalty and incentives

Points are only worth something if people can spend them.

Most loyalty programmes fail at the last step — a catalogue nobody wants. Ours lets people move points onto a card balance or straight onto their own electricity bill. One rules engine runs customer loyalty, employee recognition and dealer schemes, and finance can see the liability in rupees.

Why it is different

Redemption people actually want.

A point that can only be swapped for a branded mug is not a reward. A point that becomes money on a card, or pays the electricity bill, is.

Redeem to card balance

Points convert to a prepaid balance the person can spend anywhere the card is accepted. No catalogue, no shipping, no disappointment.

Redeem to a bill

Points settle the person's own electricity, mobile or gas bill on Bharat Connect. It is the redemption Indian households value most.

One engine, three audiences

Customer tiers, employee recognition and dealer slab schemes run on the same rules engine and the same ledger, so nothing is built twice.

Every feature

What is in the box.

Rules

Earn rules by any dimension

Points per rupee by category, merchant, product, channel, time of day or customer tier. Rules can be layered and time-boxed for campaigns.

Rules

Tiers with real benefits

Define tiers by spend, frequency or points, with multipliers, free reissue, priority support or partner perks. Movement between tiers is automatic and explained to the member.

Rules

Streaks, milestones and festival bonuses

Reward the third visit in a month, the first anniversary, or every transaction in Diwali week. Configured by your team, not by a release cycle.

Rules

Slab and target schemes

For dealers and distributors: define quarterly targets and slab rates, track progress live, and pay out the moment a target crosses.

Rules

Referral and advocacy

Points for a successful referral, credited to both parties, with fraud checks on circular or self-referrals.

Rules

Manager-awarded recognition

Let managers give spot awards from their phone within a budget you set. The recipient sees it the same minute.

Redemption

To a card balance

Points become money on the member's prepaid card at a rate you set, spendable anywhere the card is accepted.

Redemption

To a bill on Bharat Connect

Members pay their own utility, mobile or gas bill with points. Settled on the network with a receipt.

Redemption

Vouchers and partner catalogue

Where you want them, brand vouchers and a partner catalogue are available alongside — never instead of — cash-equivalent redemption.

Redemption

Expiry, breakage and clawback rules

Points expiry by age or inactivity, with reminders before they lapse. Clawback on refunds and reversals is automatic.

Finance

Liability in rupees, in real time

Outstanding points valued at redemption rate, breakage estimates, and expiry forecasts, on a dashboard and in the export.

Finance

Scheme budgets with hard stops

A dealer scheme cannot pay out beyond its budget. Approvals kick in as a scheme approaches its ceiling.

Finance

Audit trail on every point movement

Earn, adjust, redeem, expire — every movement carries who, when, which rule, and which transaction.

Members

Member app and web wallet

Balance, tier, history, upcoming expiry and one-tap redemption. Branded to you. Hindi and English.

Members

Statements and notifications

Monthly statements, earn confirmations, tier changes and expiry warnings by app, SMS, WhatsApp or email, subject to consent.

Members

Dealer and partner portal

Progress against target, slab position, payout history and scheme documents, for channel partners who are not your employees.

Data

Built on real transactions

Because spend data is on the same ledger, earn rules run on actual card and bill activity — not on data someone typed in later.

Data

Segments feed engagement

Members who are close to a tier, about to lapse, or have never redeemed become segments in the engagement product automatically.

How it works

From a rule to a redeemed point.

1

Design the scheme

Who earns, on what, how much, and how they redeem. Customer tiers, a recognition budget, a dealer slab table — or all three.

2

Enrol members

Customers join through your app or at checkout; employees and dealers are uploaded in bulk. Every member gets a wallet and, where relevant, a card.

3

Earn, automatically

Points accrue as transactions clear on the platform. Manager awards and target crossings are credited the moment they happen.

4

Redeem to money

Members move points to their card balance or pay a bill. Finance sees the liability fall in real time.

Who uses it

Three audiences, one engine.

Retail and D2C brands

A loyalty tier that recognises the shopper in store and in app, with redemption that feels like cash.

Manufacturers and distributors

Dealer slab schemes paid out to a card on the day the target is hit, replacing quarterly credit notes.

Employers

Spot recognition, long-service awards and festival bonuses on a card, without running them through payroll.

NBFCs and insurers

Points for on-time EMI or premium payments, redeemable against the customer's next bill.

Fuel and transport

Fleet driver incentives tied to actual fuel-card behaviour, paid to the driver's own card.

Hospitality

Guest loyalty that works across properties and pays out to a balance usable at any of them.

Straight answers

Questions about rewards.

Who holds the money behind redeemed points?
When points are redeemed to a card balance, that balance sits in a prepaid instrument issued by our RBI-licensed partner. You fund the redemption pool from your verified bank account. We never hold it.
How is the points liability accounted for?
The dashboard and export show outstanding points valued at your redemption rate, with breakage assumptions you control. Your finance team decides the accounting treatment; we make sure the number is right.
Can we run a customer programme and a dealer scheme separately?
Yes. They are separate programmes with separate rules, budgets and portals, on the same engine. You can run as many as you need.
What stops people gaming the rules?
Velocity checks, circular-transaction detection, referral fraud rules, and the fact that earn is tied to real cleared transactions rather than to self-reported activity.
Do points expire?
Only if you want them to. Expiry by age or inactivity is a setting, with automatic reminders before points lapse.
