All of it arrives as a card in someone's hand.
The card is how the budget, the points and the benefit actually reach a person. Virtual in about a minute, physical within days, four form factors on one issuing stack — issued by our RBI-licensed partner banks and issuers, with your brand on the face and your rules behind it.
Pick the instrument that fits the programme.
Every card below is issued by an RBI-licensed partner under the Reserve Bank's Master Directions on Prepaid Payment Instruments. Limits and KYC levels are those the directions prescribe.
Corporate spend card
Company money with the policy on it. Full KYC of the company; KYC of each cardholder by the issuing partner. Category, budget and geography controls at authorisation.
Gift card
Single-load, non-reloadable, capped at the value the RBI permits. Minimum-detail onboarding for recipients, an expiry you set, and unspent balance swept back.
Reloadable card
A general-purpose reloadable instrument linked to a wallet the holder tops up over UPI, IMPS or NEFT. Full KYC. Works at ATM, POS, online and for bills on Bharat Connect.
Transit card (NCMC)
National Common Mobility Card compliant. Taps offline at metro, bus and parking gates, then reloads through the app alongside everyday retail spend.
Virtual first, physical when needed
Every type can be issued virtually in about a minute for online and in-app use, with a physical card personalised and despatched within days.
Your brand on the face
Card art, packaging and the cardholder app carry your branding. The partner issuer's marks appear as the regulations require.
What is in the box.
Instant virtual issuance
Issue a card to a person or a batch of thousands in minutes. Card details appear in the cardholder app or are delivered by secure link.
Personalised physical cards
Name, design and packaging of your choice, printed and despatched to individuals or in bulk to a site, with tracking.
Bulk onboarding
Upload a list, map the fields, review the exceptions, issue. Partner KYC runs before activation and the status is visible per card.
Card lifecycle
Activate, freeze, unfreeze, replace, reissue, expire and close — from the console, the app or the API, with every action logged.
Load from one funding account
Fund the programme once from your verified bank account and distribute to individual cards on a schedule, on a trigger, or on demand.
Reload over UPI, IMPS, NEFT and gateway
For reloadable programmes, holders top up from their own bank accounts through the method they prefer.
Sweep-back of unused balance
At programme end or card expiry, unspent balances return to your funding account automatically, with a statement of what was returned from where.
Spend controls at authorisation
Category, merchant, geography, time, per-transaction and velocity rules, applied by the issuing partner in the authorisation flow.
Channel controls
Enable or disable ATM, POS, e-commerce, contactless and international per card or per programme, within what the instrument type permits.
Tokenised card data
Card numbers are tokenised and handled within a PCI-DSS scoped environment. Your systems and ours never store a PAN.
Cardholder app
Balance, transactions, limits, receipt capture, card freeze, PIN set and reset, and bill payment where the programme allows it.
Instant replacement
A lost card is frozen in a tap; a virtual replacement is available within minutes and a physical one is despatched. The balance follows the person.
Statements and notifications
Transaction alerts, monthly statements and expiry reminders by app, SMS, WhatsApp or email within the holder's consent.
Programme statement that reconciles
Loads, spends, reversals, sweep-backs and fees with references that tie to your bank and to the issuing partner.
Exports and API
Programme data in the formats your ledger accepts, or in real time over the API and webhooks.
Liability and float visibility
Outstanding balances by programme, by card and by expiry date, so you know what is on cards at any moment.
Partner KYC at the right level
Minimum-detail, full-KYC or gift instrument requirements are applied by the issuing partner before activation, with status visible per card.
Complaint handling
First-line support from us; investigation and reversal by the issuing partner under RBI directions; escalation paths set out in our Grievance Redressal Policy.
From a list of names to cards in hands.
Choose the instrument
Corporate spend, gift, reloadable or transit — we help you pick the type whose limits and KYC level fit the programme.
Onboard and verify
Your company completes onboarding; cardholders complete the KYC the instrument requires with our issuing partner.
Issue and load
Virtual cards go out immediately; physical cards are printed and despatched. Load from your funding account on your schedule.
Run, and reconcile
Cards are used, controls apply, receipts are captured, and the programme statement ties out at month end.
One instrument, many programmes.
Festival and milestone gifting
Diwali, Onam, Pongal, work anniversaries — thousands of gift cards issued from one upload, physical or virtual, with your design.
Employee benefits
Meal, fuel and wellness allowances on a single card with category controls, replacing paper vouchers and reimbursement.
Field and contractor spend
Controlled corporate cards for people who are not on payroll, with limits, an end date and automatic sweep-back.
Customer refunds and promotions
Refunds and promotional credits delivered to a card instead of a bank queue, spendable immediately.
Dealer and channel payouts
Incentives paid to a reloadable card the same day a target is hit, with the dealer topping up for personal use if they wish.
Transit and commuter programmes
NCMC cards for employees or riders, tapping offline at gates and reloading in the app, with everyday retail spend on the same card.
