Give your team cards. Reward your people. Pay every bill.
Spend cards that hold their limits. Reward programmes people actually use. Customer profiles built on real spending. And every utility bill paid live on Bharat Connect. One platform, one invoice.
We hold an NPCI Agent Institution licence for Bharat Connect. Every other regulated function sits with our RBI-licensed partners — how that works.
Four jobs, four vendors, and nobody talking to anybody.
If your company is like most, spend cards come from one place, loyalty from another, gifting from a third, and somebody in accounts still logs into eleven portals to pay the electricity bills. It works. It just costs you a week every month.
How it usually goes
- Staff pay out of pocket, then chase reimbursement for six weeks.
- Festival gifting is a spreadsheet, a bank file and a lot of hope.
- Branch electricity and broadband bills are paid one portal at a time.
- Loyalty points sit in a system that has never met your sales data.
- Month-end waits on receipts that live in somebody's glovebox.
How it goes with us
- Everyone carries a card that simply won't authorise outside policy.
- Gifting reaches 4,000 people in an afternoon, from one upload.
- Every bill for every branch is fetched, approved and paid in one screen.
- Points, spending and customer activity share one profile and one ledger.
- Receipts are captured at the till and matched before you ask.
Four services, one platform underneath.
Start with any one of them and add the rest later. They share the same customer record, the same balances and the same reporting, so nothing needs stitching together afterwards.
Corporate expense
Spend cards with the policy built in. Budgets by team, trip or cost centre, receipts caught at the point of spend, and a close that no longer waits on paper.
How expenses workBill payments on BBPS
Live on Bharat Connect. Fetch, approve and pay electricity, water, gas, telecom, FASTag and 20 more categories for every branch, with a receipt each time.
How bill payments workRewards & loyalty
Customer loyalty, employee recognition and dealer incentives from one rules engine, with redemption straight to a card balance or against the recipient's own bills.
How rewards workCustomer engagement
One profile per person built from card spend, app activity, store visits and support history — then segments and journeys you can actually act on.
How engagement worksThe limit should hold before the money leaves.
Reimbursement is a policy applied too late. Put the rule on the card instead, and a spend outside policy simply never goes through. No claim form, no argument on the 30th, nobody out of pocket.
- Budgets that fit how you workPer person, per team, per trip or per cost centre, with daily caps and an expiry date.
- Category and merchant controlsFuel and tolls yes, bar tabs no. Set it once and it applies at every swipe.
- Receipts caught at the tillA prompt on the phone the moment the card is used, matched to the transaction automatically.
- A close your auditor likesGST fields, cost centres and approval trail on every line, exported to Tally, SAP, Oracle or Zoho.
Every bill, every branch, one screen.
We are live on Bharat Connect, the RBI-regulated bill payment network run by NPCI. We fetch the actual outstanding amount from more than 22,000 billers across 25-plus categories, pay it, and hand you a regulated receipt — instead of you logging into a different portal for each one.
- Real bills, not blind transfersWe fetch the live amount and due date from the biller before anything is paid.
- Built for many locationsLoad every branch's consumer numbers once, then see what is due across all of them on one page.
- Approvals before payoutMaker and checker on every bill, with scheduled auto-pay for the ones you trust.
- Points can pay bills tooLet staff and customers spend reward points against their own electricity or mobile bill. It is the redemption people actually want.
Bharat Connect is operated by NPCI Bharat BillPay. Try the buttons — this is a sample of what your finance team sees.
Points are only worth something if people can spend them.
Most loyalty programmes fail at the last step — a catalogue of things nobody wants. Ours lets people move points onto a card balance, or straight onto their own electricity bill. The same rules engine runs customer loyalty, employee recognition and dealer schemes.
- Rules without a release cycleTiers, multipliers, streaks, slab targets and festival bonuses, changed by your team in an afternoon.
- Dealer and distributor schemesHit the slab at 4pm, money on the card by evening. No quarterly cheque, no credit note.
- Recognition your staff feelManagers award points from their phone; the recipient sees it the same minute.
- Finance can see the liabilityOutstanding points, breakage and expiry, valued in rupees, in real time.
The same person, recognised everywhere.
A card swipe in Jaipur, a UPI scan at the counter, an app session at midnight and a support call on Monday are one customer. We resolve them into a single profile — and because the spending data is ours, that profile is built on what people did, not what a survey said.
- Identity resolved properlyMobile, card token, email and loyalty ID collapse into one record you can trust.
- Segments from real behaviourWho stopped coming, who switched category, who is about to churn — from actual transactions.
- Journeys that trigger on moneyA balance running low, a missed month, a first swipe on a new card.
- Consent kept honestlyRecorded per channel and enforced everywhere, so you are not guessing at audit time.
All of it arrives as a card in someone's hand.
The card is how the budget, the points and the benefit actually reach a person. Virtual in about a minute, physical within days, and the same issuing stack behind all four types.
- Virtual cards issued instantly; physical cards personalised, printed and despatched.
- Load over UPI, IMPS, NEFT, payment gateway, or one bulk file for thousands of people.
- Freeze, replace, reissue and sweep back unused balance without raising a ticket.
- Your branding on the card face, your rules behind it.
What this looks like on an ordinary day.
Nobody buys a platform. People buy a Tuesday that goes smoothly. Here is one at a company running all four services.
Rohit fills the tank in Ajmer
Field sales, 300 km day. He taps his company card at the pump. Fuel is an allowed category, ₹2,400 is inside his daily cap, it goes through. His phone asks for the receipt before he is back in the car.
Finance pays 26 electricity bills
Every branch's consumer number is already loaded. Live amounts come back from each discom, the controller approves the batch, and all 26 are paid over BBPS with a receipt each. It takes nine minutes.
A dealer in Kota hits his quarterly slab
The rules engine sees the target cross at 2pm. His incentive lands on his card the same afternoon instead of as a credit note in April. He notices. He keeps selling.
Marketing finds 1,900 customers who drifted
People who used to shop twice a month and have not been in for sixty days. Built from real card spend, not a guess. They get an offer worth actual money on their next visit.
HR sends Diwali gifting to 4,200 people
One upload, one approval. Virtual cards reach everyone before they leave the office; physical cards ship to the plants overnight. No bank file, no spreadsheet, nobody left out.
The day reconciles itself
Every swipe, bill, point and load carries a reference. By the time the finance team opens the laptop on Wednesday, the day has already tied out.
One licence is ours. The rest belong to our partners.
Plenty of fintech websites are vague about this; we would rather be exact. Kadyan Paygate India holds an NPCI Agent Institution licence for Bharat Connect (BBPS). That is the only licence we hold. We are not licensed or regulated by the Reserve Bank of India, and every regulated activity beyond bill payments is carried out by partners who are.
One licence from us, the rest from them, and one contract you can read.
You get a single platform and a single point of contact. Underneath, customer money sits with a regulated institution — not with us — and every agreement names exactly who is doing what.
An NPCI Agent Institution licence
Certified on Bharat Connect (BBPS), which is what lets us fetch live bills from more than 22,000 billers and pay them on the network directly. It is the only licence we hold. Everything else we do is software: the console, the rules engine, the spend controls, the loyalty logic, the profiles and the reporting.
Every RBI licence behind the cards
Issuing prepaid payment instruments, holding customer funds and settlement all sit with partner banks and licensed issuers regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. Kadyan Paygate India is not RBI-licensed, and we will never suggest otherwise.
Your funds sit with a regulated institution
Not with Kadyan Paygate India. Your contract names the issuing partner, and we will share their licence details — and our own Agent Institution certification — with your compliance and legal teams before you sign anything. Ask on the first call; we expect the question.
Different industries, the same four problems.
The platform is the same. What changes is which service you lead with, and how the rules are written.
Manufacturing & distribution
Dealer slab schemes paid the day the target is hit, plant utility bills cleared in one batch, and field-team fuel budgets that hold.
Retail & D2C
Gift cards at checkout, a loyalty tier that recognises a shopper in store and in app, and refunds that land on a card instead of a bank queue.
IT & services
Recognition, festival gifting and meal benefits on one card, with spend visible to finance and nothing routed through reimbursement.
NBFCs & lenders
Disbursement to a controlled instrument with category restrictions, plus EMI collection and customer bill payments on the same rail.
Logistics & transport
Fuel, toll and lodging budgets by route, FASTag recharges, and NCMC transit cards that tap offline at the gate.
Hospitality & facilities
Property-level utility bills across dozens of sites, staff spend cards per shift, and a guest loyalty balance that works everywhere.
Regulated money deserves boring infrastructure.
Bill payments run on NPCI's Bharat Connect under our own Agent Institution licence. Card issuance and settlement run through our RBI-licensed partners. Our job is to make everything around that dull, auditable and quiet.
Tokenised card data
Card numbers are tokenised and handled inside a PCI-DSS scoped environment. Your systems never touch a PAN.
Payment data stays in India
Stored on infrastructure located in India, in line with RBI data storage requirements.
Maker and checker on money
Every movement needs a second pair of eyes, with per-user limits and a full audit trail.
Transaction monitoring
Velocity, geography and category rules flag unusual activity before a balance goes anywhere.
Regulated BBPS receipts
Every bill payment returns an instant confirmation and a reference that works in the BBPS dispute process.
Traceable end to end
Loads, spends, reversals, points and bills all carry a reference your auditor can follow.
Live in under a week.
Not a quarter, not a two-month implementation. For a standard programme we go from the first conversation to cards in people's hands inside seven days. You can run everything from the console, or drive it over our API if your team would rather.
We work out the rules
Who gets a card, what they may spend on, how points are earned, which bills you pay and which systems need feeding. One working session, and you leave with the rules written down.
Onboarding and KYC
Run to whatever standard your programme needs, from minimum-detail gift instruments to full verification for reloadable cards. Bulk onboarding for employee and dealer lists.
Issue, load, connect billers
Virtual cards go out immediately, physical cards are printed and despatched, and your branch consumer numbers are loaded onto Bharat Connect.
Live, and reconciling
Spend, bills, points and customer activity land on one ledger. Finance gets a statement that reconciles; marketing gets a segment it can use.
The questions we actually get asked.
Are you licensed by the RBI?
How quickly can we actually go live?
Do we have to take all four services?
What does "live on BBPS" actually mean for us?
Will this work with Tally and our ERP?
What happens if an employee loses a card?
Are we too small for this?
Tell us what you want to fix first.
Bring the actual problem — reimbursements dragging on, gifting season coming, forty branch bills a month, a loyalty programme nobody uses. We will tell you honestly what it takes.
