3. Know Your Customer (KYC) & Customer Due Diligence (CDD)

All clients must undergo mandatory KYC/KYB verification before availing services. This includes:

• Business verification documents (GST, PAN, Incorporation)
• Bank account validation
Risk categorization is performed, with Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) applied to high-risk clients.

4. Transaction Monitoring & Reporting

• Structuring or Smurfing
• Transactions with high-risk jurisdictions
• Unusual spikes in transaction volumes Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) are filed with FIU-IND as mandated.

5. Record Keeping

We maintain KYC records, transaction logs, and compliance documents for a minimum of 5 years, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Employees are trained periodically on AML/CTF obligations, detection methodologies, and internal reporting procedures to ensure effective implementation of this policy.
