Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

Kadyan Paygate India OPC Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”) strives to ensure transparency in all financial transactions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed for services availed through our platform.

2. Service-Based Refunds

Refunds are applicable only for pre-paid services that have not yet been availed, processed, or consumed. Transactions involving services like payouts, payins, settlements, or any irreversible API-based processes are non-refundable once initiated.

3. Cancellation Before Service Activation

If a request for cancellation is made before a service is activated (e.g., before API credentials are shared or merchant account is onboarded), 100% of the paid amount will be refunded to the client’s wallet or bank account as per preference.

4. Wallet Refunds & Recharges

Any top-up or recharge made to the client’s Kadyan Paygate wallet is considered non-refundable once credited. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases like system errors, double payment, or transaction failures where funds are not utilized.

5. Refund Processing Timelines

Upon approval of a refund request, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment source unless mutually agreed otherwise.

6. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds shall not be entertained in cases where:
• The service has already been consumed or processed
• Transactions are failed due to incorrect client inputs (e.g., wrong account details)
• Delays caused by external service providers or banks
• Client violates KYC/KYB or compliance requirements

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably by contacting our support. Initiating chargebacks or filing disputes with payment processors without notifying us will be treated as a breach of agreement and may lead to service suspension.

8. Fraudulent Activities

Any fraudulent activity or attempt to misuse the refund process will result in immediate account suspension, legal action, and forfeiture of any pending refunds.
