Services Cancellation & Balance Transfer Policy

1. Purpose

This policy governs the cancellation of services availed through Kadyan Paygate's platform and outlines the circumstances under which service balances may be transferred.

2. Service Cancellation Requests

Clients may request service cancellations by submitting a formal request through the merchant dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellations are processed within 7 business days, subject to compliance checks.

3. Conditions for Cancellation

• Services not yet activated are eligible for full cancellation.
• Services already consumed or in progress are non-cancellable.
• Violations of KYC/AML regulations or terms of service may lead to forced cancellation without refund.

4. Balance Transfer Clause

Under certain circumstances, remaining wallet balances may be transferred to another account or refunded. Conditions include:
• No ongoing disputes, chargebacks, or fraud investigations.
• Full compliance with KYC/AML guidelines.
• Transfer requests must be initiated within 15 days of service cancellation.
• Administrative processing fees may apply.

5. Refunds on Service Cancellations

Refunds are provided only for unused services, subject to deductions for onboarding, processing, or compliance verifications already performed.

6. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Services fully or partially consumed.
• Cancellations due to policy violations.
• Regulatory penalties or forced closures.
