All legal notices, claims, summons, or official communications must be addressed to:

Legal notices must be sent via:
• Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due (RPAD)
• Courier service with delivery tracking
• Email communication to legal@kadyanpaygate.com (must be followed by physical delivery)
The Company endeavors to acknowledge receipt of legal notices within 5 business days. A formal response or resolution will be provided within 15 business days, depending on the complexity of the matter.
Notices not adhering to the communication modes specified above will be considered invalid. Legal proceedings initiated without proper notice to the Company may not be entertained.
Any frivolous, fraudulent, or malicious legal claims intended to defame or cause operational disruptions to Kadyan Paygate will result in appropriate legal counteractions, including claims for damages.
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
